Kona Bay Forecast

This Forecast dress was made with Kona Bay Cotton. In the center panel I used "Teal Garden" and alternated the side panels with "Blue Vines" and Navy Leaves". This is View D, with center panels and inseam pockets. The slit openings at hem were omitted.
