Stamped Silk Mandarin Vest |

For this Mandarin Vest I used Black Dupioni Silk for the majority of the vest. Squares of brightly colored Burmese silk were pieced together for the left side, under collar and back detail. The colored silk was stamped in black with the Round A Bout quilt design. |
 | I stitched around the stamped design using a 1.6 double needle (very narrow). Chinese Frogs were added for the closure. |
| One of each color of the stamped silk squares was appliquéd to the back of the vest. |  |
