| For this View B of the Modern Poet Blouse I used Fiji Scene in Green and Moss mottled cotton for the band, cuffs and ties. I stamped the band and cuffs in gold to mimic the commercially printed cotton. |

| You may notice a slit opening at the hem. In my original draft I was planning on this feature. After making the test sample above, I decided I didn't like it after all. It was a pain to hem and the back slits got rumpled up when you sat. | |

Detail
of front band. I used Kanji Block Light
to stamp the edges of the band and cuffs, masking off to use just a section of
the image. To finish it off, I satin stitched in black Sulky rayon along the edges
