do I order more than one item? | On
most items, the default is 1, but you can always add (or decrease) the amount
when you view your shopping cart contents. Buttons and items that require a cut
amount (yardage) will have a place to specify the amount before adding
to the cart. |

I still pay by Check or Money Order? | Of
course, and it's even easier! Simply add items to your shopping cart as usual,
when you go through checkout, choose to pay by Check and the system will total
your order, add shipping and you can then print out the order to mail in. |
 | What
are the shipping charges? | Your
shipping charges will automatically be calculated by our online ordering system.

 | How
secure is it really? | The
system we've chose to use is both front end and back end secure. You'll
be using a secure server to send your order, and we receive it secure
too! |

will I get my stuff? | You
should receive your order within 7-10 days (Continental US). Any back-ordered
items will be shipped at no additional charge. |

if I want to return something? | Our
policy is to provide great stuff. If something isn't what you expected, return
it to us, in perfect condition within 2 weeks for a full refund. Items returned
after 2 weeks will be issued a credit memo for future use. Shipping and Yardage
Cut Items are not refundable. |
